Mark is a graduate of Villanova University, and started his career in the insurance industry in 1992 as a commercial insurance producer. Over the past twenty-three years, Mark has developed an expertise in a number of areas including insuring public entities, construction and habitational accounts, and the design of high-net-worth personal insurance programs. He has served on several boards during this time and is the Immediate Past Chair of the Cape & Islands United Way. Mark also coaches youth sports and supports many local organizations. He has attained the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation, and is a licensed insurance producer in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Since graduating from Bowdoin College, Rob has been working in the insurance industry since 1986. He began his career as a commercial insurance underwriter for Hanover Insurance. Over the last twenty years as a broker, Rob has developed particular expertise in many areas including insuring manufacturing concerns, medical malpractice and medical facility underwriting, and the development of specialized programs for marinas, public entities, and financial institutions. He has served on the Property/Casualty Technical Committee for the Independent Insurance Agents of Maine and has served as a member of the Professional Agents Council for the Eastern Region (PACER) for the CNA Companies. Mr. Miller also holds the Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) designation through the Insurance Institute as well as the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. Rob is currently working towards his Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation.
